Daniele Pampagnin

Born in Venice in 1977, Daniele Pampagnin is the creative force behind TOZI, working in partnership with fellow Chef and friend, Maurilio Molteni.

Daniele brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of Italian culinary traditions to TOZI, with a special emphasis on Venetian cuisine. Daniele has worked across the globe in a number of high-end restaurants and private member’s clubs, including Cecconi’s and Soho House in London.

Pampagnin is passionate about local sourcing and supporting Italian producers and for TOZI will source cheese and cured meats from Piedmont suppliers and olive oil blended in the Puglia region.
