Daniele Pampagnin

Born in Venice in 1977, Daniele Pampagnin developed the concept for TOZI, working in partnership with Head Chef and friend, Maurilio Molteni.

Daniele previously worked across the globe in a number of high-end restaurants and private member’s clubs, including Cecconi’s and Soho House in London.

Pampagnin is passionate about local sourcing and supporting Italian producers and for TOZI put the emphasis on sourcing cheese and cured meats from small suppliers from Piedmont  and olive oil blended in the Puglia region.
